Mobile Pick-Up Policy

We offer a flexible mobile pick-up service that allows customers to receive their orders at pre-agreed public locations for added convenience. Please review the details of this service below.

1. How It Works

  • During checkout or via direct communication, you may request pick-up at a public location in Roseau only (e.g., parking lot, market, or other mutually agreed-upon place).  
  • We will confirm the date, time, and exact location of the delivery via email, WhatsApp, phone, or text.
  • Orders must be confirmed between 12 to 24 hours before the agreed pick-up time. Full payment of order is required for order confirmation.

2. Order Pick Up Confirmation 

You will receive a confirmation that includes:

  • The agreed meeting location at Roseau, Dominica only and time window.
  • Your order number and a point of contact from our team.

3. What to Bring

At pick-up, please have:

  • Your order confirmation email, WhatsApp or SMS.
  • A valid photo ID matching the name on the order.

If someone else is picking up for you, they must bring:

  • A copy of the order confirmation.
  • A note of authorization from you.
  • Their own valid photo ID.

4. Arrival Window & Late Pick-Ups

  • Please arrive during the 5–10 minutes window scheduled for your pick-up.
  • If you’re running late, call us immediately no later than 5 minutes before arranged pick-up time at 1 (767) 275-6169.
  • If you miss the window without notice, the order may be rescheduled for the next available time at our convenience, and an additional delivery fee to Roseau, Dominica will apply.

5. Safety & Responsibility

  • We deliver only to public and safe locations approved by both parties.
  • For everyone's safety, staff will remain in marked clothing (business name and logo) or vehicles and confirm identity before releasing the order.

6. Returns/Exchanges

  • Items picked up via mobile service are subject to our standard return/exchange policy.
  • No Returns and no exchange once order is at delivery or pick up stage. At delivery and pick up stage, all sales are final.
