Welcome to Just Thrills Clothing Store. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and any purchases made in-store or online. By shopping with us, you agree to the following:
1. Products & Descriptions
We strive to display products as accurately as possible, including colors and sizes. However, due to differences in screens and manufacturing, slight variations may occur.
2. Pricing
All prices are listed in Eastern Caribbean Dollars or US Dollars upon your selection of currency type on our website and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping/delivery charges (if applicable) will be added at checkout.
3. Order Fulfilment Process
There is a five (5) step process to fulfil all customer orders:
Step 1: Product Selection and Checkout
- The customer selects desired products, proceeds to checkout, chooses a delivery method (if available), selects a payment method, and clicks the "Pay" button.
- Explanation: This step captures the customer's intent to purchase specific items.
Step 2: Quote Confirmation
- After completing step 1 the customer automatically receives a quote via email, reviews it, and confirms acceptance by clicking the acceptance and payment button and following the relevant payment instructions provided.
- Once confirmed, the quote advances to the Sales Order stage.
- Explanation: This ensures the customer agrees to the pricing and terms before final payment.
Step 3: Proof of Payment Submission
Customer submits proof of payment and sales order number to:

- Explanation: This step allows Just Thrills Clothing Store to match the payment with the correct sales order.
Step 4: Payment Confirmation
- Upon receipt of information (step 3) Just Thrills Clothing Store confirms receipt of payment.
- Order moves to the Invoice Stage and is marked Paid.
- Explanation: This confirms the transaction has been successfully processed.
Step 5: Order Processing (Purchase Finalized)
- Order processing begins 12 hours after Step 4/after payment confirmation or as soon as the order reaches the invoice stage, regardless if the invoice is marked paid earlier. or in advance of the 12 hour window.
- Within this 12-hour window, the customer can cancel or request changes.
- After the window closes, processing starts: packaging, dispatch to third party delivery service provider, or pickup arrangements.
- At this point, all sales are final.
- Explanation: This is the final opportunity for the customer to make changes. Once the delivery/pick up process begins, the purchase is finalized.
Refunds After Purchase Completion
Refunds will not be granted after the purchase is finalized (end of Step 5), unless:
- · The item is defective, or
- · The wrong item was shipped.
In such cases, please refer to our Return & Exchange Exception Policy for further instructions.
Final Sale Policy
Once Step 5 begins (after the 12-hour window ends), the following applies:
- · No Returns
- · No Exchanges
- · No Refunds
- Exceptions: Only accepted if the item is defective or the wrong item was delivered. For such cases, customers must refer to the full Return and Exchange Policy for further instructions on how to request an exception.
3. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or stock issues.
4. Payment
We accept the following payment methods: Bank transfer (including Mo Banking merchant), cash and cheque (clearance of cheques on Just Thrills Clothing Store bank a/c must be confirmed before the customer sales order is confirmed). All payments must be made in full and cleared (cheques) on bank before items are shipped or released/delivered.
Cheque Clearance & Returned Cheque Policy
All Cheques require 3 to 5 business/working days to clear.The clearance period begins on the date the cheque is received by authorized staff or representatives of Just Thrills Clothing Store.
Returned Cheque Fees (e.g., Insufficient Funds, Account Issues, etc.)
In the event a cheque is returned due to insufficient funds or other account issues, the following fees apply:
- NBD LTD: Fee ranges between $25 and $75.
- RB (EC) Ltd:
- Standard fee: $75
- Reduced fee (applicable in certain circumstances): $10
Important Information
- Returned cheque fees are determined by:
- The rates specified above, or
- The fee structure outlined by your financial institution.
- All fees are subject to change without prior notice by the respective banks listed above or your financial institution.
- Just Thrills Clothing Store is not liable for any changes to returned cheque fees imposed by banks.
- Customers are fully responsible for any charges applied by their bank in relation to returned cheques. Any returned cheque fees charged by bank will be passed on to the customer for payment.
5. Return & Exchange Policy
All Sales Are Final.
Definition: "All Sales Are Final"
Once a purchase is completed, the sale is final. This means no returns, exchanges, or refunds are allowed unless the item is defective or the wrong item was delivered.
Definition: "Purchase Complete"
A purchase is considered complete after the 12-hour cancellation window ends in Step 5 of the order process (see below). Prior to that, customers may request a refund or make changes.
Refund & Exchanges (Before Purchase is Complete)
Refunds and exchanges are allowed only before the 12-hour window ends in Step 5. Once the window closes, no refunds are issued except in cases of item defect or incorrect shipment.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We offer 1-2 day delivery/mobile pick up service. We are not responsible for delays caused by third party delivery service providers and inclement weather conditions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, images, and designs are the property of Just Thrills Clothing Store and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Just Thrills Clothing Store is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our products or website.
9. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to learn how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the revised date.
