Welcome to Just Thrills Clothing Store. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and any purchases made in-store or online. By shopping with us, you agree to the following:
1. Products & Descriptions
We strive to display products as accurately as possible, including colors and sizes. However, due to differences in screens and manufacturing, slight variations may occur.
2. Pricing
All prices are listed in Eastern Caribbean Dollars or US Dollars upon your selection of currency type on our website and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping/delivery charges (if applicable) will be added at checkout.
3. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or stock issues.
4. Payment
We accept the following payment methods: Bank transfer (including Mo Banking merchant), cash and cheque (clearance of cheques on Just Thrills Clothing Store bank a/c must be confirmed before the customer sales order is confirmed). All payments must be made in full and cleared (cheques) on bank before items are shipped or released/delivered.
5. Return & Exchange Policy
All Sales Are Final.
We utilise afFive (5) step process in fulfilling customers orders:
Step 1: Customers select their products, proceed to check out, select delivery option (if applicable), select their payment method and then click pay.
Step 2: Customers receive their quotation via email to review and confirm their quote by clicking on the acceptance and payment button. The quotation will now be moved to the sales order stage.
Step 3: Customer will forward their proof of payment and sales order number via email address: info@justthrillscs.com or WhatsApp: 1 (767) 275-6169 to Just Thrills Clothing Store.
Step 4: Customer will await confirmation of payment received from Just Thrills Clothing Store. Once payment received is confirmed then the customer sales order will now move to invoice stage. The invoice will be marked paid.
Step 5: The order processing will commence at least 12 hours immediately following step 4 or as soon as the order is moved to invoice stage, providing the customer with time to cancel or change their order. Once this 12 hours window has ended the order processing immediately follows, this includes handing over the customers package to a third party delivery service provider or arranged pick up by the customer.
Once the customer order is at stage 5 after the 12 hours window has ended, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped/delivered. In such cases, refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for instructions on how to request an exception.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We offer 1-2 day delivery/mobile pick up service. We are not responsible for delays caused by third party delivery service providers and inclement weather conditions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, images, and designs are the property of Just Thrills Clothing Store and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Just Thrills Clothing Store is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our products or website.
9. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to learn how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the revised date.
