Return, Refunds & Exchange Policy

Effective Date: 2 April 2025

All Sales Are Final! 

Customers are provided with a 12-hour window after payment confirmation to request cancellations or changes to their order. Once this period ends and the order moves into processing for delivery or pickup, the sale is final—no refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted unless the item is defective or incorrect.  

Due to our five (5) step order fulfilment process, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is at delivery or pick up stage. Please ensure that you check sizes, colors, size charts, measurement guides and item details carefully before making your purchase.  

Exceptions (If Applicable)

In rare and exceptional cases (e.g., defective or incorrect items (applies only if the error e.g. wrong item delivered, was made by Just Thrills Clothing Store)), a return may be considered at the sole discretion of management. To request an exception:

1. Contact Us Within 1 Day of Receiving Your Order:

Email us at info@justthrillscs.com or call or WhatsApp us at 1(767) 275-6169 with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item(s) in question

2. Wait for Approval:

We will review your request and notify you within 2 business days whether an exception will be made.

3. If Approved:

You will receive instructions on how to return the item. Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With original tags and packaging
  • Received within 3 days of return approval

4. Refunds, Exchange or Store Credit:

If a return is accepted, it may be refunded in the form of store credit or a full refund, depending on the situation.

Refund & Exchange (Before Purchase is Complete)

Refunds are allowed only before the 12-hour window ends in Step 5, see terms and conditions. Once the window closes, no refunds are issued except in cases of item defect or incorrect shipment.

Customer must send a refund request with their sales order number and reason for cancellation to either:

  • Just Thrills Clothing Store will verify that the request was made within the 12-hour window and that the order is not yet in processing.

3.     Refund Approval

  • If approved, a confirmation will be sent to the customer.

4.     Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 1 to 2 business days via the original payment method.

Note: We, Just Thrills Clothing Store reserve the right to deny any return, refund request or exchange that does not meet the above criteria.
